Branch Out Plans and Services
The Process
Step One: Schedule a free consultation through Zoom, in person, or on the phone.
Step Two: If you agree to sign up for one of our service plans I will send you an email with an invoice and our terms of service agreement along with a link to a questionnaire page. A 200.00 dollar nonrefundable deposit is required to start the project.
Step Three: Fill out the questionnaire with as much detail as possible. Don’t worry if you have very little information. All I need to get started is your parent’s names, and birthdates, along with your grandparent’s names and birthdates. You can also email additional information. I will share a Google Drive account for you to upload all your pictures and any other documents.
Step Four: After I receive all of the info you have I will start the project. I will check in from time to time with sneak peeks and follow-up questions. This is the fun part. I may come across some photos of your ancestors and if I have permission from the owners I will add them to your project. Depending on what plan you choose you will need to make one or two more payments.
Step Five: Once the project is complete, if you haven’t already, make the final payment and I will share the Canva slides for you to download or share with your family. The slides are yours to edit and add to as you wish. I will also send you a thumb drive with the tree and all of the other materials in addition to a bounded book if you purchased one. With your permission, I can hold onto your project in case you want to upgrade to another plan or purchase one of our add-ons. Otherwise, I will delete your project from my database.

1 Breathtaking Slide Presentation: Each slide showcases your ancestors with lineage connections and historical facts. An average of 16 to 20 slides. The slides will also be downloaded into a PDF file.
A GEDcom file - A Gedcom file includes all of your family members along with their genealogical facts. You can upload your file to a genealogy program such as Ancestry, FamilySearch, or Family Tree Maker. Your file can include hundreds of family members.
All products are saved onto a thumb drive and can be mailed or delivered to you.
Each slide is thematically presented and includes your ancestors and spouse along with their children and includes images, historical facts, dates, and personal stories.

A GEDcom file - A Gedcom file includes all of your family members along with their genealogical facts. You can upload your file to a genealogy program such as Ancestry, FamilySearch, or Family Tree Maker. Your file can include hundreds of family members.

An average of 60 to 80 slides. Citations are included. The slides will also be downloaded in a PDF file for you to have forever.

We update Find a Grave website with photos, dates, and even family connections to their plots, providing a more comprehensive picture of their lives and final resting place, strengthening your genealogical research, and offer future generations a richer understanding of your family's history.

Tombstone Photography: Travel included!
Preserve your ancestors' stories with high-quality photos. We travel to cemeteries, capturing intricate details in high-resolution images. Share, discuss, and cherish for generations. $10 per photo plus a 35.00 visitation fee for up to a 50-mile radius. Minimum of 2 photos, includes cleanup, a picture of the tombstone, plus a picture of the entrance. If allowed, we would be glad to leave flowers, photos, flags, or personal items on the grave site, and include them in the photo as an additional fee. The photos will be provided digitally only.
