Q, Will I receive a hard copy of my tree and history?
A. We will share the slides via Canva which you can then share and download. You will also receive a digital copy of the tree and other add-ons via email or thumb drive. For an additional fee, we will create a bounded spiral book for you.
Q, Can you use my photos in the project?
A. We encourage it. The more the better. Any document such as newspaper articles, certificates, and obituaries may be added.
FAQ
Q, Will I receive all documents such as census reports, death certificates, and birth records?
A. Yes. I will send you a thumb drive with the documents I find and the digital copies of your project.
Q. Am I expected to pay the total upfront?
A. No. A 200 dollar nonrefundable deposit will be expected to start your project and depending on which plan you choose, you will need to make 2 to 3 more payments. The final project will be provided after the final payment is received.
Q, Do you guarantee that you will find what I am searching for?
A. Unfortunately some information is just not available. Perhaps it was lost or destroyed or never recorded. If we hit a brick wall we can pivot and head in another direction.
Q. If I don’t want a tree or presentation but have a specific request, can you provide such services?
A. Perhaps you want to know where your grandparents were married or who your biological grandfather was. We will discuss what you wish us to find and will use all of our resources to find the answers you are searching for. There is no guarantee, however, we do have a good success rate.
